HOW TO VACATE VICE PRESIDENT MIKE PENCE'S DISCRETIONARY CERTIFICATION OF THE ELECTORAL VOTES OF THE 2020 PRESIDENTIAL ELECTION
VICE PRESIDENT MIKE PENCE HAD ABSOLUTELY NO AUTHORITY TO CERTIFY OUTSIDE OF THE ELECTORAL COMMISSION ACT AND TO INSTEAD TAKE IT UPON HIMSELF TO UNILATERALLY DETERMINE THE CONSTITIONALITY OF THE
2020 ELECTION

On January 6th, 2021, Vice President Mike Pence presented a letter to Congress that claims to show that he had to certify the electoral votes and that he did not have the discretion to refer the certification of the 2020 Presidential electoral votes to a Congressional Committee. In fact, Pence had the discretion and every right to do so under the Electoral Commission Act of 1877 (ECA). The ECA would have caused the creation of a 15-member joint congressional and judicial commission to settle constitutional and factual controversies concerning the faithfulness to the Constitution of presidential election process and results.

In his letter, Mr. Pence cites a tweet posted on January 5th, 2021 on the social media platform Twitter by J. Michael Luttig a federal judge that had been retired for nearly 15 years. Luttig reportedly made over $40 million since he retired. It should be noted that The Coca-Cola Company announced having granted Luttig a consulting contract on January 6, 2021 at 8 a.m. This is discussed below.

Mr. Pence cited Littig's tweets are if they were some sort of legitimate authority. In fact, Luttig's tweets are absolutely irrelevant and meaningless to the issues. Below is the full story about Pence and Luttig's tweet.

Other than Luttig's tweets, Mr. Pence cited a statement made by a US Supreme Court Judge, Joseph P. Bradley. Mr. Pence did not disclose that Bradley was a member of 1876 Congressional committee created under the ECA. In fact, the Bradley comments cited by Mr. Pence go against Mr. Pence's decision to certify the constitutionality of the 2020 election.

Why Mr. Pence took it upon himself to reject the Compromise of 1877 and arbitrarily and unilaterally certify the election is a questions that must be resolved to restore the Constitution and civil peace in America society.
VICE PRESIDENT MIKE PENCE'S CERTIFICATION WAS A RUBBER STAMP ON ALL OF THE ILLEGAL ACTS OF RAW WILL AND FORCE BY THE JUDICIARY BRANCH AGAINST TRUMP'S POLICIES THROUGHOUT THE TRUMP ADMINISTRATION, THE ELECTION, AND THE POST-ELECTION LITIGATION

Luttig granted the interview a year after wrote he wrote his tweets to justify why he wrote a "Opinion Guest Essay" titled "The Conservative Case for Avoiding a Repeat of Jan. 6" about Pence's certification of presidential elections for the The New York Times, and granted an interview to Politico.

Mr. Pence had no legitimate based to certify the election, which as a simple matter of fact was a usurpation of the Office of the America Presidency's power to take care of law and Congress's power to regulate the misconduct of federal judges.

Here is J. Micheal Luttig in the same interview talking about how Trump purportedly offered him and his friend, former US Attorney William P. Barr, the job of runing the Department of Justice , how he and Barr spoke to each other about the purported offers, and his feelings about Trump.
VICE PRESIDENT MIKE PENCE'S WRONGFUL RELIANCE ON A MADE-TO-ORDER TWEET TO CERTIFY THE ELECTROAL VOTES
In a story titled, “The Never Before Told Backstory of Pence’s January 6th Argument," Luttig reveals how Mr. Pence’s purported outside counsel, Richard Cullen, desperately called him on the morning of January 5, 2021. Mr. Cullen was looking to get something from Luttig to put into Mr. Pence’s letter to Congress to justify for his certifying the electoral votes.

Following multiple phone calls and discussions, Mr. Cullen and Mr. Luttig agreed that Mr. Luttig would post the tweets so that Mr. Pence could incorporate them in his letter to Congress the following day.

Luttig had no standing, and the tweets show no authority. They are conclusive statements made without foundation, reasoning or fact finding, as if Luttig had the right to make commandments.

In other words, the Luttig tweets were out-of-order and meaningless unless you felt like believing they meant something.
THE COCA-COLA AND LUTTIG STORY AND THE CASE OF THE CANCELED US SUPREME COURT JUDGE
Luttig says that when Cullen, asked him for help he said, “I don’t even have a job, much less an official one.” This was on January 5th, 2021. Well, The Coca-Cola Company tells a very different story on the same day.

Miraculously, on January 6, 2021, The Coca-Cola Company announced that Judge Luttig had a new job with their company, advising its board of directors. In February 2022, Luttig went on a media tour and repeated that he did not have a job when Mr. Cullen called, never mentioning his monumental Coca-Cola deal.

We are waiting on Judge Luttig's explanation of this coincidence and his misspeak. More importantly, we are waiting on a clarification of a inconsistency on the role President Donald J. Trump's former US Attorney General William P. Barr played in convincing Vice President Mike Pence to certify the electoral votes on January 6, 2022.

Mr. Pence, in his letter to Congress, elevated Judge Luttig's tweets to the same status as an official remark made by Bradley, an associate judge of the United States Supreme Court who served from 1870 to 1892 and who served on the 1877 Congressional Presidential Election Committee.

On October 2021, Rutger University’s Board of Governors had voted to remove Judge Joseph Bradley’s name from a building titled after him, expressing that the committee had “studied his judicial record” and disagreed with his rulings related to the removal of U.S. military forces from the former Confederate states

It is unfortunate that Mr. Pence continues to be under the control of Bill Barr and Judge Luttig to the extent that Mr. Pence made "President Trump is Wrong" speech in Orlando, Florida in coordination with a barge of press led by Judge Luttig.

However, it is fortunate that Judge Luttig outed Mr. Barr and Mr. Cullen as a part of media road show that followed Mr. Pence's speech. A road show that was meant to cover-up Durham's filing showing Hillary paid not only to fabricate a Steele Dossier but the notion that Trump and his family were using Russian made cell phones in the White House.

In conclusion, Mike Pence was misled to utilized a tweet from a private citizen who was either unemployed or employed by The Coca-Cola Company and a unfortunately cancelled member of a 15 member Committee as his authorities to certify the electoral votes in the 2020 election.
